Refund Policy

At Customz, many of our products are made to order and personalized specifically for you. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Items


Due to the custom nature of these products, all custom and personalized items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.


Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

    •    The item arrives damaged

    •    There is a manufacturing defect

    •    We made an error in producing your order


Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist before production begins.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
