Proofs & Approvals
If a digital proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve it before production. Customz is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Non-custom items may be eligible for return according to our return policy.
Order Processing
Production times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or via email.
Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any images, logos, or text submitted for customization. Customz is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.
